This project was brought to LIGHT from Solterra Lighting Supply. The owner of Seaside Market had a vision of what he wanted to install in the front of the market. From there, we were able to connect with Kalco Custom and Contract Lighting to create a fixture that was suitable for outdoor use in the salt air, while staying true to the original inspiration. The results speak for themselves.
Hand Sketch
Kalco created a hand sketch based on the customer’s job site conditions and limitations. The fixture needed to b emarine grade. The store owner spoke directly to the Kalco design team about what they didn’t like about the existing fixture and what their vision was for the entrance with the new fixture. With this information, the Kalco design team was able to put the store owner’s vision to life.
Approved CAD Drawing
Drawing Kalco’s in-house QC team used the store owner’s approved CAD drawing to do a final inspection of the project at their warehouse. The team verifies the product dimensions to ensure they match the CAD drawing. A final inspection on the surface conditions and mounting hardware is performed. Finally, the product is packaged and shipped directly to the store owner to be installed.
