Haus S1 “Villa on a hillside”
The new villa on a hillside presents itself in modern, understated elegance. Holzrausch worked closely with the Kleinert and Partner architectural firm and the client for the interior design. The material and colour concept responds to the facade and the outside space – for example with natural stone and light earth tones. The open-pored lime plaster, the high-quality floor made of terrazzo tiles and the precisely jointed panels made of steamed oak together with the Wachenzeller dolomite on the fireplace and kitchen create a natural atmosphere.
