McGuinness will lead specification sales initiatives for Lucetta and Gammalux
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — September 23, 2026 — LIGHT is pleased to congratulate former team member Maura McGuinness on her appointment as Director of Specification Sales for Lucetta and Gammalux, two of the Elemental Brands lines represented by LIGHT throughout Southern California.
McGuinness brings more than two decades of experience in architectural and theatrical lighting design, manufacturer representation, specification sales, and sales leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with architects, lighting designers, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and project teams across a wide range of architectural and commercial environments.
During her time with LIGHT, McGuinness developed strong relationships throughout the Southern California design community while helping connect clients with thoughtful, project-specific lighting solutions. Her familiarity with the market, combined with her understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of the industry, makes her uniquely suited for this new leadership position.
In her role with Elemental Brands, McGuinness will focus on expanding Lucetta and Gammalux’s relationships within the architectural and design communities, strengthening the brands’ specification sales network, and aligning their product, technical, and project-support capabilities with the evolving needs of designers and specifiers.
